This started in late April when I heard that Cowlitz County has a system so I contacted my counterpart there and she said they use Nemo-Q: https://nemo-q.com/ I have made three attempts to contact them,two through their website and one email and have not received a response. Through a google search I found two other companies: Qless and Qminder. Qminder https://www.gminder.com/ is based in Estonia and their app is only IOS, not Android, so I did not follow up. I have been in discussions with Qless https://www.gless.com/ . They have given us several demos and have provided the bid attached. If you can look this over and if you are okay with its terms, provide to Sharon Trask for signature, we will be good to go.
