That portion of section 14 described as follows: Commencing at the Ely corner of Lot 15
as shown on'Sheet 2 of 3 Sheets of the Plat of Lake Cushman No.2; thence S 21000'00" W
159.99' to intersect a survey staking line; thence N 67003'40" W along said survey line
52.91'; thence S 18030'40" E 32.23' to a point having the Washington South Lambert Grid
coordinate of y = 799,796.813, x - 1,219,921.739; thence S 63006'09" W 9498.34' to the
loP., lying upland of the Wly shore of Lake Cushman reservoir, said point having the
Washington South Lambert Grid coordinate of y = 795,499.799 x = 1,311,450.953 and
said point lying on the contour line 742' above sea level. Said elevation shall be
determined by reference to the bronze plaque imbedded in the top of Cushman D~No. 1
near the Ely side of said dam, which bronze plaque has engraved on it the figures
"U.S.G.S. J-32", and for the purpose of this reference it is understood that said plaque i
is placed at the elevation 741.50' avove sea level; thence Sbu:!;h 32044'54" W 131.47';
thence N 72055'43" W 410'; thence N 22033'00" E 300', more or less, to said contour line 7
742' above sea level; thence generally Ely along said contour line to I.P.
