That portion of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 27,
Township 20 North, Range 4 West, W.M., in Mason County, Washington, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the east sixteenth corner between Sections 22 and 27, said
Township and Range, which is an iron pipe with brass identification disk
attached; thence South 890 31' 04" East 673,54 feet along the north 1 ine
of said Section 27; thence South 200 14' 35" West 446,92 feet, more or
less, to the southerly right- of-way I ine of Shelton-Matlock Road and
the True Point of beginning; continuing thence South 200 14' 35" West
94.81 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe; thence South 870 41' 30" West 198,55
feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence North 210 14' 50" East 203.61 feet,
