Betinning at a point on the westerly margin of US Route No. 101, 1330.57 feet
north and 802 feet more or less east of the southwest corner of said Section 35,
thence northerly along said westerly margin 190 feet to the point of beginning,
thence continuing northerly along said westerly margin 30 feet to the southeast
corner of a tract conveyed to Donald L. Thanpson et ux by deed recorded Janumy 7, 1972
under Auditor's File No. 266827, thence westerly, at right angles with said margin
and along the southerly line of said Thanpson tract 150 feet more or less to the
