said Section 1; thence along the meander line South 290 West 739.2 feet, and South 300
West 335.2 feet, and North 610 West 37.1 feet, more or less, to the Easterly right-of-w~y
line of Primary State Highway No.9 (Olympic Highway); thence South 290 20' West, along
said right-of-way line 200 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land hereby
described; thence continue South 290 20' West, along said right-of-way line 94 feet, more
or less, to a point 100 feet North of South line of Goverrnnent Lot 5; thence E. parallel
with the S line of Lot 5, to the E line of said Govt. Lot 5; thence Northerly, along the
Easterly line of said Govt, Lot 5 to a point South 610 East of the point of beginning;
thence North 610 West to the point of beginning.
