A tract of land in the West half (Wl) of the S0utheast quarter (SEt) of
Section eleven (11), Township twenty-two (22) North, Range four (4) West,
W.M., more particularly described as follows:
From the one-sixteenth (1/16th corner on line between Sections eleven (11)
and twelve (12), said township and range (this 1/16th corner is marked b y
a boiler flue driven flush and which has been established for more than
forty years, is in the Southwest corner of cross streets now in use and a
P.U. D. light pole stands to Southwest about ten (10) feet away); run
South 890 15' West along West-East center line of the Southeast quarter
(SEt), said Section eleven (11), a distance of 1895 feet to a point on said
line North of Finch Creek and point of beginning; run thence South 237.82
feet, more or less, to the southerly line of a tract of land conveyed to
Harold I. Millo and Rose L. Millo, husband and wife, by deed dated April
12, 1949, and recorded in Vol. 124 of Deeds, P. 364, records of Mason
County, Washington; thence North 720 51' West along said southerly line
. 110 feet, more or less, to a point which is due South and South 890 15~
West 105 feet, from the point of beginning (being also the Southwest c~Ber
~ of tract 8 of the unrecorded Millo tracts); thence North 372.15 feet to the
northerly line of said Millo tract; thence South 720 51' East along said
northerly line 110 feet, more or less, to a point thereon which is North of
the point of beginnirg; thence South to the point of beginning; said land
being also described as tr. 8 and the West 5 ft. of Tr. 7 of said Harold
Millo trs. according to the survey plat, dated Nov. 1948, by W.O. Watson,
excepting, therefrom, however, the Northerly forty (40) feet thereof,
which is hereby reserved for road purposes.
