tween the SW1y line of the above described Lot 4, Block 1, plat of Hoodsport, extended
SE1y, and the NE1y line of said Lot 4, Block 1, plat of Hoodsport, extended SEly,
excepting therefrom, however, such portion of said tide lands as are included within
a tract of Oyster land deeded by the State of Washington to L.K.Munson under
Application No. 3463.
