Mason County, Washington, particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest
comer of said Govt Lot 2; thence East. along the South line of said Govt. Lot 2 to an
intersection with the Westerly right of way line of Primary State Highway No. 9 (US 101);
thence Northeasterly, along said Westerly right of way line t:G the Southeasterly corner
of that certain tract of land conveyed to Wallace G. Molmnann, as Parcel 2 of deed
recorded Sept. 6, 1956, under Auditor's File No. 165582; thence North 74037' West, along
the Southerly line of said Mohrmann tract, 130 feet; thence North 5001' East 29.8 feet;
thence North 48011' West 201.6 feet; thence North 4049' East 78.5 feet; thence Northwesterly
in a straight line to the Northwest comer of said Govt. Lot 2; thence South, along the West
line of said Govt. Lot 2, 1392.8 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; EXCEPl'ING
therefran all that portion thereof lying Northerly of the following described line:
