Shelton Tract #103
A triangular tractof land situated in Gov. Lot 1, Sec. 20-20-3,
particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the ~ Sec. corner
17 & 20-20-3, which corner is marked by I.P.; thence from said ~ corner
run S along the line through the center of Sec. 20, 426', more or less, to
the true point of beginning, said point being the intersection of said line
through the center of said Sec. 20 with the Gov. meander line as surveyed
and accepted by the State T.L.Commissioners; thence N 69006' E.101.3', more
or less, along said Gov. meander line to a point 16' S. of and at right
angles to the N. marginal line of Spruce St.; thence N. 81023' W. 98.1',more
or less, parallel to the N. marginal line of Spruce St. to the intersection
with the E1y boundary of Lot 7, B1k. 2, Amended & Corrected Plat of the town
of Shelton, said line being the N & S center line through Sec. 20; thence
S along said E1y boundary of Lot 7, 50' to the true point of beginning.
