Beginning at the quarter corner on the E line of said Sec. 19-20-3; thence

a distance of 495.30' thence S 7042'30" W a distance of 15.87' to apt,
this pt being the true pt of beginning of land herein described;thence
from this initial pt run Ely along said S boundary of NP Ry property a
distance of 4.47' to an iron monument established by N.P.RR engineers; thence
