A tract of land in the swt of NEt, Sec. 19-20-3, as follows:
Commencing at a concrete monument set at the SW corner of said swt
of the NEt, said monument being set at the center of said Sec.19; thence
S 88020' E., along the N line of Turner Ave. extended, a distance of 199.73'
to the S end of the existing concrete bulkhead and the initial point of
the tract of land hereby described; thence N 3042' W, along the W side
of said existing bulkhead, 149.00'; thence S 88020' E a distance of 57.44';
thence S 4005' E 149.03' to the N line of Turner Ave. extended, and a
concrete bulkhead thereon; thence N 88020' W, along the N line of said
Turner Ave. extended, 58.4', more or less, to the said initial point.
