Commencing at the quarter section corner on the E side of Said Sec. 19;
thence N 72034'13" W 2160.53' and S 71025' W 82.77' to the initial pt of
this description. From said initial pt run N 67024' W 32.88'; thence N 66005'
W 34.38'; thence N 39018' E 87.91', more or less, to the Sly line of Park St;
thence S 50042' E 103.92' along the Sly line of said Park St.; thence following
the Sly line of said Park St. extended Ely 200', more or less, to the inter-
section of the right-of-way of the Peninsular Railway (Now Simpson Logging Co.
Railway); thence following said right-of-way in a NWly direction 255',
more or less, to the initial pt., EXCEPTING the Wl12' as measured at right
