Twp. 19 North Range 3, West ~. M. containging 5 acres more or less;
less 15 feet along the North line for a distance of about 100 feet East from
the N. W. corner reserved for roadway; also reserving an easement over
15 feet or there by for a distance of about 100 feet in a southeasterly
directions '. from a point about 210 feet East fro;, the Northwest corner to a
point on the East line of said tract far roadway. TOgether with a per-
petual easement over a private roadway on adj. premises as provided in
Deed from James and Mary M. Lyon, husband and wife recorded April 26,1929.
at 4:50 P.M and recorded in Vol. 52 of Deeds page 247, Records of Mason
County, Wasnington.
