A tract of upland situate in Govt Lot 3, Sec. 23, and Govt Lot 1, Sec. 26, Twp 24 N,
Rge 2 W, W.M. in Mason County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the corner common to Secs. 22, 23, 26 & 27, Twp 24, Rge. 3 W,W.M. which
corner is on the S line of the R/w of Primary State Hwy #9 (Olympic Hwyl, as now located,
run thn following along the Sly Rlw line of said highway in a NEly direction, 1720' to the
NW corner of Tr. 13, Blk 2 of the unrecorded plat of Allie Ahl's Summer Home Tracts and
the true point of beginning; run thn S 260E (va. 230E) along the boundary line between
Trs. 12 and 13 in Blk 2 of Allie Ahl"s Summer Home Trs., a distance of 486.14', mil to
its intersection with the Govt meander line in front of said tracts, thn in a NEly direc-
tion along said meander line (with courses and distances as shown on map of the survey
made by Harold B. Walker, registered surveyor, under order of the Superior Court of Mason
County, in case No. 4467) a distance of 806', mil to an intersection with the boundary
line between Trs. 18 and 19 in Blk. 2 of said Allie Ahl's Summer Home Trs. extended;
thn along said Boundary line North 500 W a distance of 235'm/l to its intersection with
the Sly line of said Primary State Hwy. #9 (Olympic Hwy.) U.S.10l - as now located;
thn following said right-of-way SWly 550', mil to said true point of beginning; said upland
being also known and described as Tracts 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18 in Blk 2 of the unrecorded
plat of Allie Ahl's Summer Home Trs., including any second class tidelands contained therein,
but EXCLUDING any portion of that certain tract of tidelands comprising 22.626 acres, which
was conveyed by the State of Washington to John Ahl by deed dated August 7, 1901, recorded
in Vol. 8 O.L. page 114 under Auditor's File No. 11768.
