All that portion of the W 80' of E 1289.60' of Govt Lot 2, 22-22-2 lying Sly of S R/W
line of Primary State Highway #21.
ALSO all that portion of Govt Lot 2 lying N of the N R/W line of Primary State Highway #21
described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of Govt Lot 2; thence N 89 30'40" W along S line of
Govt Lot 2 a distance of 1324.14' to the SW corner of Govt Lot 2; thence N 42'40" E along
the W line of Govt Lot 2 a distance of 1238.49' to a concrete monument on the shore line of
Hood Canal; thence S 78 25'48" E 32.89' to the I.P.; thence continue S 78 25'09" E 81.43';
thence leaving the shore line run S 2 17'40" W 179.80', more or less, to the N margin
of Primary State HighWV #21; thence NWly along said N margin 85', more or less, to a point
which bears S 217'40" W from LP.; thence N 217'40" E 180.27', more or less, to LP.
