COMMENCING at the West quarter (W~) corner of said Section thirty-two (32); thence
South 00017'52" East, along the Westerly line of said Southwest quarter (SW~) of Section
thirty-two (32), 622.21 feet; thence North 89003'26" East 898.50 feet to THE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continue North 89003'26" East 380.58 feet to the Westerly right-of-way
line of Somers Drive County Road No. 1694; thence Northerly, along said Westerly right-
of-way line, 610.25 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Lynch County Road No. 1550;
thence Westerly, along said Southerly right-af-way line, along a curve to the right having
a radius of 974.26 feet, with a central angle of 22037'28", for an arc length of 384.71
feet to a point North 0017152" West from the point of beginning; thence South 0017'52" East
579.13 feet to the point of beginning, excepting road right-of-way; said land also known as
