The East half (E!) of the Southeast quarter (SE~) of the Southwest
quarter (SW~) of Section thirteen (13), Township twentyone (21) North,
Range two (2) West, W.M., and all that portion of Government Lot five (5),
Section twentyfour (24), Township twentyone (21) Northl Range two (2) West,
WM., which lies immediately South of the East half (E! of the Southeast
quarter (SE~) of the Seuthwest quarter (SW~) of said Section 13, Township
wI North, Range 2 West, W.M., and between the East and West lines thereof
extended South to the Government Meander Line, EXCEPTING, however, from
the above described land a tract containing an area of 2.32 acres, more
or less, described as follows:
Beginning at the quarter corner common to Sections Thirteen (13) and twenty
four (241, Township twentyone (21) North, Range t~o (2) West, W.M.; thence
North 231 feet more or less to the center of a little stream; thence south
320 West 457 feet; thence South 247.4 feet, more or less to the Southerly
line of Government Lot five (5); thence North 790 East 246.7 feet, more
or less, along the Southerly line of said Government Lot 5, to a point
directly South of the point of beginning; thence North to the point of
beginning.
Also, all tide lands of the second-Class, formerly owned by the State of
Washington; situate in front of, adjacent to or abutting upon that portion
of Gover~ent Lot 5, Section 24, Township 21 North, Range 2 West, W.M.
above conveyed. These tidelands subject to the usual reservations contained
in State conveyances.
