A tract of land in Govt Lot 5, Sec 9-20-2 W,W.M., particularly desc.as follows:
The E 410 feet of the N 100 feet, measured along the E line, of the following
described tract of land, to-wit:
All that portion of the N 3.05 ch of the S 6.12 ch of said Govt Lot 5 which
lies East of the E1y Rtw line of the COtmty Road rtmning NE1y and 5W1y over
and across said Govt Lot 5 and being a portion of Tract No. 5 of the unrecorded
plat of Concord Vineyard Tracts.
Also, all tidelands of the second class, fonnerly owned by the State of
Washington, as defined by Chapter 255 of the Session Laws of 1927, situate
in front of, adjacent to or abutting upon the upland hereby described.
Together with an easement for a roadway 12 feet in width extending from
the NW corner of the tract of land hereby described W to an intersection with
the Cotmty Road, as the same is now constructed and in use.
