a tract of land situated in Govt Lot 5, Sec 9-20-2, desc as follows: All that
portion of the N. 3.02 chains of the S. 9.14 chains of...said Govt Lot 5, measured along the
W. line thereof, which lies E. of the E1y R/W line of the COtmty road running NE1y & 5W1y
over and across said Govt LotS, as the same is now established and in use;
Excepting therefrom, however, all that portion of the above desc tract of land botmded
& desc as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the N. line of the above desc
