Tract 2 Section 10 Township 22 Range 2
All that portion of the following described tract of land which lies Southerly of the
Southerly right-of-way line of the County Road, to-wit:
BEGINNING South 68042'12" East 83.64 feet and North 63057'48" East 18.49 feet from the
Southwest corner of Governnent Lot 4, said Section, Township and Range; thence North
107'40" West 1641.21 feet; thence North 89012'06" East 94.016 feet; thence South
107'40" East 1596.67 feet, thence South 63057'48" West 103.797 feet to the point of
beginning; said land being also known and described as Tract 2 of the unrecorded plat
of Hetrick and Meyers Broad View Beach Tracts;
EXCEPTING from the above described tract, however, such portion thereof, if any, as
may include tide lands.
ALSO, all that portion of a tract of tide lands suitable for the cultivation of
oysters, containing 34.59 acres.
All tide lands of the second class situated in front of, adjacent to or abutting upon
that portion of the Government meander line described as follows:
