The north 193 feet of the south 365 feet of GOv. Lot 3 Sec 4-20-3 West W.M.
measured along the West line of said Gov. Lot 3 excepting therefrom right of way
for county road( said land being also known and described as tract No. 6 of the
unrecorded plat of Alder Beach Waterfront Tract except the north 11 feet tbereof.l
Also all tidelands of the second class formerly owned by the State of Washington
situate in front of adjacent to or abutting upon the above described upland and
extending to the line of extreme low tide.
Said tidelands being conveyed subject to all of the prOV1Slons exceptions and
reservations contained in the deeds thereto from the State of Washington.
