A triangular tract of land in government Lot 5, Sec. 8-21-1 WWM
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the N. line of said gov't Lot 5, 430' E. of
the intersection of the N. line of said Gov't lot 5 with the E. line of the
County road (commonly known as the "Wright Road") said point of beginning
being more particularly designated as the center point of the rear end of
embedded in 25 inches of concrete buried in ground with said beginning
point showing 2" above the surface; thence SEly to a point on the Ely line
of said Lot 5, said point being the SEly corner of a tract of land here-
tofore deeded by the grantors herein to the grantee herein by deed dated
February 26, 1926, recorded March 9, 1926, in Volume 46 of Deeds, page
230, Mason County records under Auditor's file No. 47539: thence in a
NWly direction, along the Swly line of said last mentioned tract of land
so deeded to the grantee herein to the N. line of said Gov. Lot 5; thence
W. along the N. line of said Gov't Lot 5, to the point of beginning.
Also: Beg at a point on the N line of Lot 5, which point is 637.5' E of
the E boundary line of the Co. Rd. (Wright road) and w},ere said road
crosses the N line of Lot 5; th in a SEly direction 560 E to the E ~.L.
of Lot 5; th in a NEly direction along the h.L. to the NE corner of Lot 5;
th W along the N line of lot 5 to point of beginning.
