Approval of Action Agenda: All items listed under the"Action Agenda"may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered as a separate item. 8.1 Approval of Warrants &Treasure Electronic Remittances Claims Clearing Fund Warrant #s $ Direct Deposit Fund Warrant #s 60263-60653 $ 668,817.76 Salary Clearing Fund Warrant #s 7004533-7004570 $ 942,878.21 8.2 Approval to appoint Russell Sackett to fill a vacant position on this Historic Preservation Commission expiring November 30, 2019 as well as a new 3-year term ending November, 2022. 8.3 Approval to set a hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. to sell Parcel No. 61902-50-00003 on W. Salmonberry Drive, Elma, in the amount of $5,000. 8.4 Approval of a Sub-recipient agreement with Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason and Thurston Counties for service provision under a Public Services Washington State Community Development Block Grant. 8.5 Approval of the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative Grant Application for 2019-2021 in the amount of $24,500 per year.
