Here is a plat map for the Molly Christensen/Ralph and Deanna Cook 2-lot
Large Lot Family Exemption in Beeville.
There was no pre-application meeting for this. I see that they have omitted a
test hole and well radius location on Lot 1 and that they submitted this
application without the EH Land Evaluation form, but did pay the EH
review fee.
When you are satisfied please sign off in Tidemark. If you have questions, I
can be reached at ext. 571. Thanks.

Hi,
Perk hole has been dug and marked. It is located about 30 into the xmas trees at the midpoint of the
field side. I forgot to drop off the map today but will do it this week. The well site would presumably
be somewhere near but at least 100' from the septic site. Again, not likely that the area will ever be
used as a home site for another generation or so of family. Will be trees until returned to hayfield.
Thanks,
Diana

Sid,
We will still require a test hole and proposed well location on the plot map. I believe that
the confusion on this one is that your existing plans to develop is a moot point but from an
Environmental Health perspective the potential for development still exists. Does this help
clarify? If not please feel free to give me a call at extension 353.

On the Cook/Christensen LLFX you have asked for testhole and well radius. I presume that is for
the agricultural Lot (Lot 1) only as the residential Lot (Lot 2) is already developed. Is that correct?
Thanks;

Sid,
I think that Wendy is only talking about the ag lot, but better check with here to be sure.

Sid,
The Cook-Christensen LL Family Exemption cleared SEPA last week with one comment
letter received from WSDOE (see below) for which no changes are needed. As I mentioned
before, the Planning Dept has decided not to review Lot 1 has a build-able lot as we
understand it is the intent of the family to keep it in agricultural use (and the build-able area
is very limited and might require a wetland typing). Instead, the following note should
appear on the face of the survey:
NOTE: Lot 1 of the division has not been reviewed by the Planning Dept as a developable
lot. Instead it is considered an agricultural lot. Any future development of Lot I would need
to fully comply with all critical area regulations.
It looks like Environmental Health is requiring a test hole and a well radius. Wendy has
been in touch with Molly Christensen about that.
So. I am looking for a revised map with the above note and the location of a test hole and a
well radius (that are outside of the 150 F-stream buffer).
