7. Approval of Minutes — September 11, 2018 Regular meeting minutes
8. Approval of Action Agenda: All items listed under the"Action Agenda"may be enacted
by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the
Action Agenda and considered as a separate item.
8.1 Approval to consider the Hearings Examiner recommendation and approve
Road Vacation No. 396 for a portion of W. Cloquallum Road.
8.2 Approval of the purchase of a replacement pump from Granich Engineered
Products, Inc. for the North Bay Sewer System.
8.3 Approval to call for a Request for proposals (RFP) for Mason County Real
Estate Professional Services.
8.4 Approval off the 2018 Annas Bay Closure Response Plan relating to water
quality reclassification.

8.5 Approval to set a public hearing on November 6, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. to
consider a rezone request in the Belfair Urban Growth Area for parcel 12328-
23-00011.
8.6 Approval to pay Jessica Koehn 10% Lead Pay from October 1, 2018 to
December 31, 2018 for Lead Worker assigned duties per the Engineers Guild
Collective Bargaining Agreement.
8.7 Approval to extend the contract with MasonWebTV.com for live streaming
services of regular Commission meetings and Board of Health meetings for
2019. The rate per meeting is $50 for up to 4 hours. The rate for each
additional hour is $25.
8.8 Approval of the Cascade Pacific Action Alliance contract #K2293-32 for the
Medicaid Transformation Project to set up an Opioid Mobile Outreach Pilot
Program.

8.10 Approval to create, post and fill an Engineering Technician IV (Job Class 4038) and
an Engineer II/III (Job Class 4032/4033) in the Public Works Department. This will
increase the Public Works full time equivalent(FTE) by two (2) positions.
8.11 Approval of voicing no objections to the special occasion liquor license
applications for OysterFest October 5-7, 2018 at the Port of Shelton, 21 Sanderson
Way Shelton WA 98584 and approval to authorize the Chair to sign the letter of no
objection to the WA State Liquor Control Board.
