SMALL PARCEL STORMWATER SITE PLAN WRITTEN DESCRIPTION Richard Newton Mason County Tax Parcel No. 22311-76-00180 The site is located north of Belfair on a 5.26 acre lot. The acreage is mostly cleared and flat. The slope of the property is 0 to 1%to the west. The soil is considered glacial till with lots of sand and smaller rocks. The proposed storage building will be located approximately 206 feet off the west property line witch runs along Elfendahl Pass Road. There is an existing drive way that runs on the south side of the proposed storage building that will be used for entering the building. The proposed storage building will be located 61 feet south of the north property line that borders an undeveloped 5 acre parcel. The proposed storage building is a 40' x 60' pole building with 18" eves. The total impervious surface of the building will be 2,709 sf. In order to control and trap sediments within the project the existing established drive way will be used for entering and exiting the project site. This is listed on the Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) plan. All storm water flows will be dispersed through vegetation by means of downspouts and splash blocks.
