A fence (see accompanying cross-sectional schematic) will surround the I-502
licensed area of the property, which will be 8 feet tall and covered with visually
obstructing weed block,as mandated by the Liquor Control Board. It will consist of
woven wire (deer fence) with approximately 6"x 6"spacings between wires near
the top of the fence and 2"x 6"wi a spacings near the bottom of the fence. It will be
held up by 10' long 7-posts' driv ' i to the ground. The fence will be attached
with com e c fps and staples. The corners will consist of three roughly 5"to
7R' meter, 10' long wooden posts set in concrete approximately 2' deep, joined by
approximately 6' horizontal 'H-braces'. It is approximately 800 feet in total length
'81a. and more than 25 feet from the property boundary in all locations (see
e-e ° site schematic).
CV-3=2.&1, )accompanying
The re-purposed garage(see accompanying plan schematic) is 44'x 20' overall
Al dimensions. Interior is split in two partitions of 22'x 20' each. Construction is of
, post and beam type, using 6x6 posts and 2x4 infilling supports, clad with 1"thick
bo batten. It is on a concrete slab under the entire area. Ceiling insulation is
¢ 11 batt. ilding will be unheated-sufficient heat being generated by process heat
Y) fro an ighting from growing zones. Building will be cooled by SEER 16,GREE
added 30,000 BTU/h mini-split air conditioner. Fire extinguishers will be located at the
{7e r'71 r main entry, in the growing half and near the distillation equipment in the processing
half. An "EXIT"sign will be posted above the entry door. The surface of all interior
walls and ceiling will be flexible plastic, 6 mil white in the processing area and 6 mil
black in the growing area. There will be no additional mechanical equipment, other
than ventilation fans and a freezer. There will be no suspended ceiling. There will
Qor►cltiorl be no added plumbing lines.
Je.
The west half will be a growing area, 'U' occupancy,single-story,440 sq ft, 1
occupant at a time, exit straight to entry door. Lighting will be for plant lighting and
task lighting only and is exempt from WSEC requirements. Wall insulation is R11
batt. Ventilation will be by a trans-wall fan system consisting of two in-line
Atmosphere Vortex 1/5 HP fansp.
The east half will be for processing. It will be an '171'occupancy,single-story,440
sq ft, 4 occupants maximum. It will be uninsulated and unheated. Lighting will be
1.2 w/sq ft,as per the table in WSEC c405.5.2(1), for a total of 520 watts of lighting.
Lighting will be dual switched for half-dimming purposes and will be capable of auto
shutoff,as per c405.2.1.2. The exit path will be straight to the entry door. `r1 v L
SEP 2 9 2014
426 W. CEDAR ST.
Non-reactive processing will consist of drying,trimming, curing,weighing,bagging,
and packaging, which will be effected in the main central area of the east half of the
building. Reactive processing in the east half of the building will be of two types, (a)
thermal/gravity separation using ice water and sieves, and (b) ethanol solution and
distillation. The ice water reduction will involve no materials considered to be
hazardous. The ethanol solution will involve storage of two gallons of ethanol,
which will be stored in its own separate 3-ft tall cabinet. This will be used to
dissolve trichomes and the resulting solution will be distilled to recover the ethanol,
as per requirements of the Liquor Control Board. Distillation will be effected with
an 8-gallon 1500 watt electric pot still with a 3-gallon concentrating thumper
manufactured by Mile-Hi Distilling. Recovered ethanol will be returned to the
storage cabinet for re-use and re-solution. Distillation can also be effected outdoors
under a flexible poly canopy,if desired.
waste to be disposed o with Mason County Disposal

extinguishers will be located in the growing area, near the entry door, and near the
distillation equipment. The extinguisher near the door will be a 2A10BC type. A
Simply Safe fire alarm will be located in the residence and triggered by a sensor in
the east half of the processing building. Emergency vehicle access is through the
