SUBJECT: Method (2) analysis for
DONALD KNUDSLN short plat in a
portion of the NW of SEA of Sec. 10,
T 19 N, R 3 "N, WM. , Mason County, WA.
(North Lots)
(a) Soil Type & Depth; As shown on soil log sheet.
(b) Area & Lot Drainage; The area drainage is a 4% slope to the
North in Lot 4. Lots 1&2 slope at 2-4% towards the North and towards
Bloomfield Road to the West. the access road serves as a Protec-
tion•• from water entering onto the tract. '.then roadway ditches are
constructed, they will further protect the entire parcel.
(c) ' Protection of Surface & Ground Waters; The surface waters will
be protected as above indicated and the Ground waters will be pro-
tected by restricting the depth of drainfields to minimum acceptable
depths on all Lots. Further protection is provided by pumping
effluent from Lot 3 to an easement drainfield in Lot 4.
(d) Setbacks; As per WAC/248-96.
(e) Source of Domestic Water Supply; Individual wells at desig-
nated locations.
(f) Topography, Geology, and Ground Cover; The topography of the
ground is a gentle slope to the North and West with no definite
water courses except roadway ditches.
The Geology is a clay soil with sandy clay loam heavy in root
structure and well covered with brush and natural vegetation.
(g), (h) , (i) , ( j ) , (k) , (1) and (m), are typical of .this
portion of Mason County.
