(North Lots) (a) Soil Type & Depth; As shown on soil log sheet. (b) Area & Lot Drainage; The area drainage is a 4% slope to the North in Lot 4. Lots 1&2 slope at 2-4% towards the North and towards Bloomfield Road to the West. the access road serves as a Protec- tion•• from water entering onto the tract.
