As part of this department' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and its critical values.
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams,
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.
This information is based on County and State regulations as they exist
to date. These regulations may change and may affect the requirements for
development of the subject property.

COMMENTS:
Site has been graded to create upper area for septic drainfield and lower
area for house and septic tanks. Property re-graded on on site to create
area for mobile (septic tanks are sitting in fill) . Owner may need to
regrade steep 6 to 7 ft high slope on south sides create a series of
terraces to prevent further erosion, plant grass and shrubs, and locate
silt fencing and straw on downhill side of graded area.
