ments of state and local. regulatiuns.
This determination is based on consideration of the following factor(s) :
HOLD APPROVAL UNTIL FURTHER ACTIONS ARE TAKEN BY APPLICANT
After examining lot size, proposed water source, and soil type, it is the de-
termination of Mason County Department of Health Services that each proposed
parcel cannot support an on-site sewage disposal system meeting the require-
ments of state slid local regulations until the following conditions are met:

Dear Mr. Holman,
During the month of December, 1995, approximately 164 test holes were inspected
on parcel #32133-20-00020. In January of 1996, thirteen test holes were inspected
on parcel # 32133-40-0002 0. The majority of the test holes revealed type a soils.
At the present time, this department is not requiring additional test hole
evaluation, provided the lots area sized to type a soil. This department may
require additional test holes in the future if deemed necessary.
