Dear Sir:
Last week while making an Inspection trip by boat on Hood Canal , 1 n ticed
your cabin being built on Tract 8 of Government Lot 6, Section 28, Township 23
North, Range 3 West, W.M.
This office has not Issued a building permit for this structure. The Health
Department Informs me that they have not Issued any approvals for sewerage disposal
from this structure.
The enclosed forms for a building permit and a site approval should to filled
out and returned. The completion of this structure should be halted until the
necessary;.permits are obtained.
Occasionally we have not been able to properly Identify the legal owners of
property. If this is the case, please Inform this office and accept our apology.
