RE: Mobile home at NE 18461
North Shore Road, Mason County
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lartz:
It has come to our attention that a mobile home registered in your names
has been placed at the address given above. The following violations of Mason
County regulations exist:
1) The mobile home does not appear to set back five feet from the county
right-of-way as required.
2) The sewage system appears to consist of a length of flexible pipe draped
over the bank and draining onto the beach. This is not an approved
sewage system and is a violation of WAC 248-96-950-1 and Article VII,
Section 10.1 of the Mason County Sanitary Code.
These problems must be corrected by December 9, 1983, in order to prevent
further action by this department. If you have any questions, please feel free
