Re : Inspection of second level of Cameo Boutique & Garden Court
Dear Gary and Pam,
An inspection of the above site, second floor, indicated that
the work completed did not require a building permit . I Work
included. replacing electric stove; replacing kitchen sink and
installing a cabinet; panel front room wall ; painting and
decorating. Please reference the Exempt Work list enclosed which
relates to your activities .
The upper area remains an R-3 under the current 1994 UBC code
adopted by Mason County . Use as an apartment meets the definition
of the R-3 occupancy.
