Gentlemen:
Subject: Passport, Inc., Campsite Development.
The subject development was the first development of this type in Mason
County. It was heard on May 13, 1970. At that meeting of the Planning Commission,
only 150 lots were approved of the possible 550 total lots. This approval was sub-
ject to regulation of State and local Health authorities.
The Planning Commission approved the 150 lots and indicated that further approv-
als would be subject to the performance of this first division.
Approval of the two water applications would be necessary for P"SpDrt, Inc. to
perform sufficiently to obtain future approvals from the Planning Commission.
i cannot categorically state they have received County approval . I do not an-
fore or check on local or State Health Department Regulations. I will refer your
li
fetter to the local Health Office for comment.
If I can be of any further service, please contact me.
I
Sincerely,
James E. Connolly
