The north 25' of trac 7 Sam B. Pheler's home and Garden tracs. According _
to the record plaque thereof in the office of auditor for Mason County
Western volume 4 of plats page 20 excepting there from the East 200'
thereof. Now parcel two - that was parcel one.
Parcel two is A trac of land in the southwest corner of trac 5, Sam B.
Pheller's Home and Garden Trac, according to the plat thereof in the
office of auditor for Mason County, in Washington volume 4 of plats
page 20 particularly described as follows: Commencing at the East
116th corner between sections 29 and 32, Township 23 North, Range 1
West WM, thence south 795.23' to the southeast corner of the said trac 5,
thence west 160.2' to the point of beginning of a trac of land hereby
described, thence west a 150' more or less to the southeasterly right of
way line of state, Route #3 Navy Yard Highway thence North 20 degrees
40 minutes, east along said right of way , line of highway 108.37'
thence east 108.23' then south 100' more or less to the point of
beginning excepting therefrom the road rights of right of way.
