Dear Mike,
This letter is to reiterate the points Joe Testu and I made
in our meeting with you this morning.
1 . We object to the presence of Jerry McGuire ' s mobile home on
Hood Canal Land Trust property.
2 . We object to the McGuire ' s occupancy of that residence.
The McGuires have violated four laws :
1 . They intentionally sited their mobile home on a differ-
ent property than the one described in their building
permit application.
2 . They moved into their mobile on 5 May in flagrant vio-
lation of a "no occupancy" order .
3 . They are violating Chapter 2 , Section 202 of the Uniform
Building Code by occupying an uninspected building.
4. Their septic system is illegal . It was put in without
county approval , and there is no record of county • in-
spection of the system. The septic drawings submitted
by McGuire purport to be "as built" drawings . In fact,
they are recent sketches unsigned by any county offi-
cials or licensed septic installer.
Furthermore , the McGuires attempted to mislead county officials
by describing a septic system on a piece of property other than
the one for which a building permit was applied.
The Hood Canal Land Trust owns the property under Jerry McGuire ' s
mobile home , but these complaints have nothing to do with the owner-
ship of that property. They are complaints about clear violations
of state and county statutes , of using an unapproved septic system
and of misrepresenting facts on a building permit application.

We request that you cite McGuire immediately for these violations .
Joe Testu and I thank you for your time and consideration this
morning. We appreciated it very much.
