This DNS is issued under 197-11-340 (2) , the Lead Agency will not act on
this proposal for 15 days from the date below. Comments must be
submitted by 09/09/92.

to construct an 8x24 foot dock on Lake Erickson proposed by Mr. James Williams.
We reviewed the environmental checklist and have the following comment.
A water quality standards modification will be required from the Department of
Ecology for this project (WAC 173-201-035(8)(e)) . Please contact Loree' Randall
