Made site visit on 09/18/96. Observed property on north shore of Collins
Lake; house to east is about 20 feet from shore of lake; house to west is
60 - to 65 feet from shore of lake; proposed house is sited at 50 feet from
lake as shown on site plan; this location would meet a setback from the
lake (using a common line between existing homes) .
