Subject: Excavation and filling. SEIX NEIX of Section 5, Twn
23N, R 1W Daly Drive. Tiger Lake.
Applicant: Tom Marshall.
This permit shall be approved with the following conditions:
* Work shall be done in the dry to prevent uncontrollable mass
wasting.
Temporary erosion control measures shall be implemented in a
manner such that debris cannot enter surface waters, or cause
water quality degradation.
* All upland areas disturbed or newly created by grading
activities shall be seeded, vegetated or given some other
equivalent type of protection against erosion.
* Daly Drive shall not be degraded as a result of work.
* The date or dates of construction will be provided to the
Mason County Planning Department (c/o Steve Nichols) , at least
1 week prior to construction.
This condition page shall be signed and dated by the applicant,
agent or contractor prior to issuance of the permit:

** Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result
in enforcement proceedings. These proceedings will entail,
but not be limited to, the removal of any unauthorized
structures and the complete restoration of the site.
