Dear Mr. Sanders:
The Board of Mason County Commissioners denied your request on
August 4, 1980, to retain the existing deck which extends past the line
of ordinary high water and was built without a permit.
You have ninety (90) days from the date of this letter to remove
that portion of deck which extends shoreward of the middle beam, there-
by bringing it into compliance with the Shoreline Management Act and
Plan.
A building permit must be issaed by the Mason County Building
Department before removal begins. Please contact the building official
at 426-5593 if you have any questions.
