performed on your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and its critical values.

be included in your specific proposal; these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed
below.
This information is based on County and State regulations as they exist to date. These regulations
may change and may affect the requirements for development of the subject property.

Shoreline Inspection
3/27/2003 Case No.: SP12003-00038
Comments: A field inspection of the subject property was conducted on
3/24/03 to assess shoreline setback requirements relative to the
proposed construction of a single-family residence.
The parcel contains frontage on Haven Lake and is characterized
by a curved shoreline. Setbacks on curved shorelines are derived
using an average of the setbacks of the two adjacent residences.
For this parcel, the average resulted in a 41' setback for this
parcel as measured from the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM)
of the lake. No portion of the proposed residence may be forward
of this setback. To expedite building permit review, please show
this setback distance on any site plans.
Additional setback requirements include 5' from side lot lines and
25' from the road right-of-way. Maximum height for any structure
is 35 . Construction of the new house will displace an existing
structure. This structure must also meet the above referenced
setback requirements and cannot be used as an acessory
dwelling without additional review and permitting. If you have any
questions or require clarification on these issues, please contact
me.
