Dear Mr. Neshem: The application which submitted is incomplete. I have enclosed the Process with all required information highlighted for a site plan. The survey submitted does not included parking, location of units to be sold, location of office, landscaping, septic system, access, egress, etc. A site plan should be submitted in addition to the survey which was submitted, showing neighboring uses and property dimensions as well as all development proposed. All development which is proposed must be shown on a site plan. The list of adjacent neighbors within 300, of the proposal in all directions must be completed and returned with the application. The completed Environmental Checklist must also be submitted with the application. I am returning the Substantial development Permit application and survey to you at this time. You may re=-submit it with all of the other requested information. The fees are requested once all necessary information is submitted in order to process permits. A Substantial Development and Conditional Use Permit are required. I have enclosed the Conditional Use Permit application. Non-water dependent commercial development requires a Conditional Use Permit. I have enclosed the Commercial Chapter of the Master Program also. Please note all of the setback requirements which are highlighted on page 38. Please note how your proposal complies with this chapter as within tour applications. The proposal must also be consistent with the Mason County Parking Ordinance. I have enclosed a copy with applicable sections highlighted. 'All of the parking and dimensions, drainage, access, egress, maneuvering aisles, etc. must be included on the site plan.
