Re: Site inspection January 30, .1991. Residence located at E 1974
Agate Road, Shelton, Washington. Permit Number 25370.
Dear Yx. Vader:
An inspection was completed on the above mentioned premis to determine
the corrections requirdd for a final signature on the building permit file.
The following items do not meet building codes and must be corrected
before a final signature to the file is complete.
1) Glass must meet current energy code standards.
Dinette: 5-32"x60" units
Front Roam: 2-24"x60" units
Bedroom skylight: 42"x72" Unit framed minimtan 4" fro=oof.
Upper area skylights: 21"x72" units
Bedroom window 34"x34" Tempered glass required.
Iawer floor shower stall: Tempered glass and tempered mirror required.
2) Top landing; stairway:
Head room and width not adequate. UBC 3306, (p)
3) Smoke detectors required upstairs hall and base of stairway.
4) Garage:
5/3" Type X plaster board firewall required between garage and residence.
Apply at separation wall and gable truss between garage and residence.
