SUBJ: Stormwater Site Plan Review NAME: Grapeview Community Club Expansion PAR202-00085 Grace, I've reviewed the materials you delivered to me, and find no site work details addressing stormwater collection,treatment, or disposal. The following is a copy of P/W's comments regarding a 2002 Pre-App meeting. It appears that the current proposal generally requires the same stormwater planning that was perceived in 2002. Proposed improvements will not require any changes to the existing access, so access is not expected to raise any issues. The proposal ypears to create in excess of 5000 square feet of new impervious surfaces, so a Large Parcel Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) will be required to be designed and constructed. As a Large Parcel activity, the SSP will be required to be prepared by a licensed engineer. The SSP will be required to provide for Ecology's minimum requirements (1992 PSWOA Technical Manual) with a Permanent Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, and a Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Plan.
