Project Description: Expansion of existing Grapeview Fire Hall to be used as the
Grapeview Community Center to provide a meeting place for
various community groups, projects and events. Expanded
facility will also serve as a meeting hall and training facility for
the fire department.
Dear Applicant:
You have submitted a permit application (case no. DDR2003-00004)for proposed
construction or development in the county. Upon review of your application, I require
additional information to complete the permit review process.
Therefore, review of your application will not proceed until the necessary information
is provided (see the comment section of this letter for details.) Once the information
is submitted and the application is complete, I will continue to process your
application accordingly. If the additional information is not provided to the County
within 180 days of this request, the application shall expire and no further action on
the proposed development shall take place.

Co"'nwnts: Staff sent your permit application to Allan Tahja in the Public Works
Department to determine what would be needed for stormwater review.
Please see the enclosed response letter staff received from Allan
which states that an engineered stormwater plan will be required
afterall. Hopefully the plan can be completed and submitted in advance
of the September 21 st Hearing. I will need to have the review and staff
report completed by September 9th. Please let me know if you will be
able to get the information to me by September 9th. If not, anytime up
to the hearing will work for me. Thank you.
