Thank you for your letter dated November 30, 1999.
I am not sure how we ended up listed as having 75 people per day using the firehall property. Grapeview
is a small residential community and the fire district is volunteer. We presently have a total of 15
volunteers.
We have hired an engineer to design a system as you have instructed us to do and he caught the error.
Our real usage is as follows:
Weekly muster night- 10 people divided by 7 = 1.428
Monthly commissioner meetings- 6 people divided by 28.8 = .208
Community club meetings every other month- 75 people divided by 57.6 = 1.302
Other non regular usage and rental monthly- 40 people divided by 28.8 = 1.388
Estimated total daily use--------------------------------------- 4.326
