Dear Dave:
I have prepared a septic system design for the Grapeview Fire District#3property directly west of your
property located in Grapeview Wa. . As you know,we overlooked your well when designing the system and
are going to need to make a couple of changes.
When we are done,the system will be located no closer than 75'from your well.There is variance
process that needs to be applied for.Part of that process requires us to notify you to let you know we are
going to apply for this variance.By signing this letter,you are acknowledging that you are aware we are
applying for the variance. It in know way declares your approval or disapproval of the variance.

I have read this letter and understand that a variance to locate a septic system 75'from my well has been
