Comments: According to the site plan and septic records there is a drainfield under
this breezeway. After speaking with a plans examiner and reviewing the
construction documents. This breezeway is required to have barried
footings. The-setback to these footing from a drainfield is 1 Oft. It
appears this setback can not be met. You have a couple options;
redesign the building so that the footings are not required (engineering)
or abondon this system and connect to the new system. If you wish to
connect to the existing (new), please contact a septic designer.
