Re: Bulkhead Application
Dear Ms. Miller :
Please see the enclosed completed environmental checklist for
my proposed bulkhead for my single family dwelling on the
proposed property pursuant to your letter .
The only significant problem I see with your letter is your
evaluation of $4. 00 per square foot for a total of $2560.00.
As you recall, I am proposing to build an 80 ft. bulkhead 4
ft. high which comes out to 320 sq. ft. times $4 .00 comes to
$1280. 00 under your calculations. As I have stated over the
phone, the blocks are costing me approximately $600.00.
Thank you very much for your anticipated cooperation in this
matter .
