Comments SEPA environmental checklists for bulkheads have an additional
section that needs to be completed before SEPA can be issued
on projects of this type. Please find the enclosed attachment,
complete and return to our office. My card is also attached.
In addition we need an improved site plan for the rock bulkhead
you are proposing. The site plan should show the width, height,
length, general size of rocks to be used, and distance of bulkhead
from the ordinary high water mark of the lake. The more detail
